Refund Policy
This policy entails the details of how finonomy.in processes refunds.
The refund guarantee is to ensure that you receive a quality experience.
The refunds are processed as follows :
30% Course is Mandatory for you to attend, and hence the fees for the same is non-refundable.
The remainder 70% is given out on a pro rata basis.
If you are unsatisfied with our experience, you may exit the course after the first two module gets completed, at any stage. We will refund your money to you for the classes you forego, i.e, if you choose to exit after 30% of classes. Detailed break-up :
After 30 % classes, 70% refund
After 40% classes, 60 % refund
After 50% classes, 50 % refund
And so on..
You will have to appear for a one-on-one interaction as a part of our quality check protocol, and post that your money will be refunded to you within 15 days after the interaction.
It is also to be noted that your subscription may be cancelled with no refunds in case of the following events:
1. Fraudulent activities including but are not limited to: copying our content, sharing confidential details with other parties except yourself and reselling the course.
2. Verbal Disrespect towards Finonomy's Team Members or Community Members.
3. Any activities deemed as inappropriate by the Finonomy's Team (for ex. unsolicited unprofessional messages).

Note :
The E-commerce fees of the e-commerce client are not returnable. It amounts to 2-3% of the transaction amount.
